Willow leads a World Record Attempt

What do you do when you say well done to people or wish someone luck. You pat them on the back don’t you?

We are near the end of the school year and we’ve all worked hard. So well done everyone!

Willow Park is planning to set a new world record with the largest number of children patting each other on the back non-stop for 30 seconds.

The record attempt will happen on Thursday, 30th May. A total of 1,000 children and young people will try to set the record.

Every boy in Willow along with children from First Year Willow Park, Blackrock College, and St Andrew’s College will join in the effort. It’s going to be great fun.

So here are the details:

When: 1pm on Thursday, 30th May

Where: Front pitch at Blackrock College

Why: To enter the Guinness Book of Records for the largest Continuous Pat on the Back

This is one of the last events of the school year before the Summer break. So let’s make it happen!
