Climate change is at the top of many politicians, celebrities and organisations agenda at the moment. Greta Thunberg (born 3 January 2003) is a Swedish teenage environmental activist on climate change whose campaigning has gained international recognition. She has been a source of inspiration for many young people around the world, while raising international awareness for climate change.

About Climate Ambassador:
The Climate Ambassador programme is Ireland’s first ever initiative to train and support individuals taking action on climate change. The programme is co-ordinated by the Environmental Education Unit of An Taisce with support from the Department of Communication, Climate Action and Environment.
