Christmas Plays - Junior Infants, Senior Infants and 1st Class
13-December-19
This year Senior Infants are performing the Christmas play “A Miracle in Town”. The boys will be telling the story of the miracle of the very first Christmas and the birth of Christ in Bethlehem. The story features kings, shepherds, innkeepers, talking sheep and some very cranky camels to name a few.
Each boy has his very own line to say and we have learnt seven songs to add a musical feature to the play. Both classes have been working very hard at learning these lines, songs and actions. It is safe to say that they are very excited to perform them for a real live audience.
Senior Infants have made a huge effort to make this the best Christmas play yet and their teachers are very proud of all the work they have done. The Senior Infants Christmas play is called 'Born in a Barn'. It tells the story of Jesus and that the greatest gift is love. The Senior Infants performed their play yesterday 12th December. Well done boys it was a confident and happy performance.
