In November each year, 4th Form organise and host Fr Gavin's annual Cake Sale and Raffle in aid of St Vincent de Paul, with the help of Willow Parents Association! It is a day all of 4th Form look forward to getting involved in! Throughout November there is great excitement as raffle prizes are donated ant tickets sold, and on the day there is a great buzz about the school as everyone gets their turn to visit the cake sale and buy some treats.
As an important part of our Spiritan Ethos, we encourage pupils to use their talents for the benefit of others and not just themselves. Willow boys come to realise that they are called to serve others, - above all - those who are victims of poverty and injustice. That is why Willow pupils and families actively participate in many charitable initiatives and Spiritan missionary work, such as the annual Cake Sale. In 2018 we raised an amazing €13,500 for St Vincent de Paul and below are some photos from the day.
